Keystone Victoria is the home of OFCC's spiritual father, Pastor David McGrew. Keystone is now pastored by Paul Primus and his wife Sarah. Paul was raised here in Prince George and was a wonderful help in many areas of our church for almost 20 years. We are proud of Paul as he has pursued pastoral ministry with the emphasis on prayer being the foundation of anything we do in the Kingdom of God.

Pastor Harry and our OFCC family have been an active member of Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers for over 30 years. CFCM 's aim it is to promote unity, fellowship and strength in the Body of Christ through the “local church”. CFCM is now a part of Network Ministers of Canada which connecting ministers and churches across Canada to see people’s lives transformed through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
From Somalia to Senegal, Entebbe to Istanbul and the uttermost parts of the world, the vision of Global Harvest is to preach the Gospel and demonstrate the works of Christ in regions beyond. Evangelist Mark and Sharon seek out regions where the gospel has not yet been preached and where people have not yet heard the message that Jesus is the Saviour of the world.
